Ice Fishing Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Ice Fishing ("Company", "we", "Platform") and the user of the platform ("user", "you"). Ice Fishing is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving Bangladesh and various other regions.

By accessing our services through the Ice Fishing website (icefishing.ws), mobile application, or any other digital channel, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. It is therefore essential that you read this document in full before using the platform.

Each user may hold only one account. If the same person opens or attempts to open multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. Ice Fishing reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time.

Account Verification Process

2. Ice Fishing reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
3. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
4. If match-fixing or any irregularity is suspected, Ice Fishing may suspend or void the bets in question.
5. Placing bets using multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

Live Betting Special Conditions

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at which Ice Fishing accepts your bet are final. No disputes regarding odds changes due to internet connectivity issues will be entertained. Live scores and statistics are for informational purposes only and do not constitute official results.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within 1–5 minutes of completion.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted; in such cases, a refund may take 3–5 business days.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300
• Withdrawals are processed after a review of betting history and wallet activity is completed
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more) may take 24–48 hours to process for verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Ice Fishing regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. To make use of these bonuses, it's important to understand the following terms:

Welcome Bonus

New users get a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify, and the bonus balance can only be withdrawn after wagering at least 10x the bonus amount.

Important Bonus Rules

• Bonuses or winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Bonus system abuse (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting)
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds obtained through illegal means
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Ice Fishing's systems
• Defrauding or harassing other users
• Unauthorized use of Ice Fishing's brand name or logo

If suspicious activity is detected, Ice Fishing may temporarily suspend the account at any time pending investigation. Should prohibited activity be confirmed, all winnings will be forfeited.

You may close your Ice Fishing account at any time. Please make sure to withdraw all remaining balance before doing so. Account closure requests may take 3–5 business days to process.

Grounds for Account Closure by Ice Fishing

• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 7
• If it is proven that an account was opened using false information,
• If identified as a minor
• Upon instruction from a government or regulatory authority
• Extended inactivity (more than 2 years)

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any valid balance will be refunded. However, if closure is due to prohibited activity, no balance will be returned.
